Pyogenic liver abscess has been a serious illness with a uniformly fetal outcome if left untreated. Recently, there has been a steady rise in complications of pyogenic abscess with the improvement of diagnosis and management. Rupture into he
peritoneum
is second most frequent complication next to extention into the thorax. Rupture into the stomach and bowel is extremely rare. WE report a case of hepatocolic fistula associated with ruptured multiple pyogenic abscess in 59 years old female with
